THI provides technical assistance and advisory services in a variety of areas including information systems, operations, governance and development.

THI partners with the host organization to accomplish specific goals and objectives without actually managing the facility. Training, however, is always an integral part of THI’s service, as we believe that “transfer of knowledge” is fundamental to the long-term success of our initiation.
